Purpose of Role:
This position is primarily responsible for accurate and timely inventory receipts, transfers and reports…
so that our customers and suppliers receive reliable information to manage their inventory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Records all receipts into the inventory system.
- Reconciles transfers of jet fuel volume in inventory system.
- Investigates all inventory variances and addresses discrepancies.
- Works with corporate office to prepare reports for billing.
- Prepares reports for customers and suppliers.
- Allocates fuel receipts among customers and suppliers.
- Communicates between internal and external departments (in multiple cities).
- Investigates and corrects inventory related issues to customers and suppliers (as required).
- Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role.
- Provides support (50% of time) to YEG Fueling’s Administration.
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed.
Qualifications And Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays – with the ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
